Martin Jol will reportedly ask for £20m from new Fulham owner Shahid Khan to spend on new players this summer.

Fulham manager Martin Jol will reportedly ask for a £20m transfer budget from new owner Shahid Khan.

Khan completed his takeover of the club from Mohamed Al Fayed today and will waste no time in planning his summer business.

According to The Mirror, Khan will fly to Costa Rica for talks with Jol this week. The Fulham manager is targeting the likes of Darren Bent and Tom Huddlestone as he looks to build on last season's 12th-placed finish.

Khan praised Al Fayed's influence on the club earlier today.
