Substitute Luciano Becchio struck in stoppage time to hand Leeds United all three points against ten-man Peterborough United at London Road this afternoon.
Visiting Leeds had twice led the encounter, first through Andy Keogh in the fourth minute and then Adam Clayton after the break, but on both occasions they were pegged back.
Posh's first equaliser came from centre-back Gabriel Zakuani, who headed a corner past Paul Rachubka in goal with 23 minutes played.
Darren Ferguson's side would head into half-time a man down when Lee Tomlin was handed his marching orders for a challenge on goalscorer Keogh.
However, despite their numerical disadvantage, the home side equalised two minutes from time courtesy of 23-year-old Little, who claimed his first league goal for the club.
Little's strike would not prove enough to hand his side a share of the spoils though, with Becchio claiming a late goal from Clayton's free-kick to move Simon Grayson's side into the play-off places.
