Leicester City's Marc Albrighton: 'Southampton won't enjoy playing us'

Marc Albrighton is hopeful that he and his Leicester City teammates can keep their positive run going when they take on Southampton this weekend.

Leicester City winger Marc Albrighton has expressed his belief that he and his teammates can make life miserable for Southampton when they welcome Ronald Koeman's side to the King Power Stadium on Saturday.

Nigel Pearson's team are in a strong run of form having sealed five victories in their last six matches.

The Foxes are just one point above the relegation zone, but Premier League survival looks more realistic than it did a few months ago.

"There is still work to be done and you don't want to speak too soon, but it is going well so far," The Express quotes Albrighton as saying.

"Southampton have proven they are a great footballing side and have done really well this year. It is going to be a difficult game for us but if we play anything like that and start like that then they are not going to enjoy coming here."

Southampton have failed to secure victory in their last three games.
