Matty James has said that Leicester City must use Southampton as inspiration to be successful in the Premier League this season.
The Foxes started the season well after winning promotion to the top flight in the last campaign, but they have not won in their last five games, leaving them in the bottom three.
The striker told the club's website: "We've got to aspire to do what they've done. They did lose a few players in the summer but it doesn't seem to have affected them at all.
"It's a great set-up down there and hopefully in a couple of seasons we can be as established as them. I think each game is a winnable game in this league if you apply yourselves right. We know it's going to be a tough game and difficult when you go to their place.
"They're absolutely flying at the minute, but we'll assess their strengths and weaknesses and try to put a plan together for the game. We'll see what we can do."
Leicester go to St Mary's to face Ronald Koeman's side tomorrow.
