Fenerbahce make Jose Mourinho move?

A report in Turkey claims that Fenerbahce are hoping to convince Jose Mourinho to snub Manchester United with the offer of a £12m-a-year contract.

Fenerbahce will reportedly offer Jose Mourinho a lucrative deal to give up hope of managing Manchester United and instead take charge of them.

It is widely believed that the out-of-work Mourinho is United's number one choice should they decide to relieve current boss Louis van Gaal of his duties in the wake of this Saturday's FA Cup final.

However, Fanatik claims that Fener are hopeful that they can entice the 53-year-old to Turkey with a £12m-a-year contract.

The report adds that president Aziz Yildirim is keen to hold a face-to-face meeting with Mourinho in the next few days.

As well as United, ex-Chelsea manager Mourinho has been linked with Paris Saint-Germain.
