The England international has been amid transfer speculation ever since Sir Alex Ferguson revealed that the 27-year-old asked to leave Old Trafford at the end of the season.
While Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea have been linked with the forward, Arsenal have emerged as possible contenders following chief executive Ivan Gazidis's claims that the North London outfit can afford Rooney.
While the player himself has been quiet on his future, a talkSPORT caller has claimed that he is '100% sure' that he spotted Rooney arriving at the Emirates in a black Mercedes this morning.
