Gareth Bale enjoying life at Real Madrid

Gareth Bale says that he is enjoying his time at Real Madrid since his arrival at the club in the summer for a world-record fee.

Real Madrid star Gareth Bale has revealed that he is happy with his start to life at the Spanish club.

The Welshman joined Madrid for a world-record fee of £85m in the summer and has said that he has fully recovered from the injury problems he suffered when he first arrived.

"My adaption at Real Madrid is going well," Sky Sports News quotes him as saying.

"I feel comfortable with my team-mates and with the team. Everyone has made me feel very welcome.

"Now, after my small injury, I am completely recovered."

Real Madrid return to action after the international break with a trip to Almeria on Saturday.
