Spurs goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini believes that Andre Villas-Boas would be a good choice as manager at White Hart Lane.

Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini has claimed that Andre Villas-Boas would be a good choice as the next manager at White Hart Lane.

The Premier League club are currently looking for a new coach following the surprise dismissal of Harry Redknapp earlier this month.

Villas-Boas has been out of work since March when he was sacked as the boss of Chelsea after only nine months in charge at Stamford Bridge.

"I think it would be good for [Villas-Boas]," Cudicini told Sky Sports Italia. "I also think it would be a good opportunity for him to grow as a coach.

"Tottenham are a great team and he could learn a lot here."

David Moyes, Rafael Bentiez and Fabio Capello have also been linked with the managerial vacancy in North London.
