Williams driver Pastor Maldonado has targeted the team's first points of the season at this weekend's Monaco Grand Prix.
Maldonado is confident of his ability around Monaco, where he has won at GP2 level, and thinks that he is capable of finishing in the top 10 this year.
"I hope to be more competitive and to be in the top 10 and it is possible," Maldonado told Autosport.
"It's one of the most different races during the season. I have always been very strong on that track in the past and I hope to be closer to the top 10 there."
Williams are one of three teams without any points this season.
