Five more British swimmers progress into the evening session at the European Aquatics Championships in Berlin.

Great Britain have continued to impress in the pool after five more swimmers qualified for tonight's evening session in Berlin at the European Aquatics Championships.

The nation already have a total of eight medals, one of which came last night as the mixed 4x100m medley team smashed the world record to take gold.

Today, Aimee Willmott and Georgia Davies qualified within the top three fastest swimmers in the 200m individual medley and 100m backstroke heats respectively.

Lizzie Simmonds also made her way through the 100m back heats, while Cameron Brodie and Chris Walker-Hebborn will compete in tonight's semi-finals of the 200m butterfly and 50m backstroke respectively.
