Roger Federer has backed Novak Djokovic to keep adding Grand Slam titles to his list of achievements following his US Open triumph at Flushing Meadows in New York.
The Serbian secured his 10th major crown in a 6-4 5-7 6-4 6-4 victory over Federer on Sunday.
This season, Djokovic has won three Grand Slams, including the Australian Open and Wimbledon, but the French Open remains on his wanted list after he was beaten by Stanislas Wawrinka in the final.
"He's having [an] unbelievable career," Federer told reporters after the final in NYC. "I think everybody knows that he knows that, as well. Tonight is another example of that.
"Clearly he can win many of them. He already has a ton, so obviously he's got to stay healthy and all that stuff and hungry, but obviously you would think he will win more after tonight."
Djokovic won the US Open for the first time in 2011.
