Paul Posluszny has been ruled out of the Jacksonville Jaguars' NFL game against the Arizona Cardinals later today with a concussion.
The linebacker sustained the head injury late in last week's meeting with the Tennessee Titans, which was the Jaguars' first win of the season.
The 29-year-old was named the AFC defensive player of the week for his performance against the Titans.
Rookie John Lotulelei will fill in for Posluszny, who will miss a game for the first time in his three seasons with the Jaguars.
