Conor Benn has called for a domestic showdown with Amir Khan or Kell Brook, despite the likelihood of his next bout being against Adrien Broner.
Promoter Eddie Hearn revealed in the build-up to Saturday's clash with Chris Algieri that he had his sights set on putting Benn in with Broner, potentially in the United States.
However, after brutally stopping Algieri in the fourth round of their contest in Liverpool, Benn has suggested that he wants an all-British showdown with the winner of Khan versus Brook, which is scheduled to take place in February.
The 25-year-old said: "Either get me Khan or Brook. I see them talking about it. I ain't even mentioned it. I didn't call out Brook because we're pals.
"If they don't want it then we'll fight Broner in America. If Broner don't want it then I fancy my chances against [WBA Super champion Yordenis] Ugas."
Elsewhere on the card, Katie Taylor successfully defended her women's world lightweight titles against mandatory challenger Firuza Sharipova.
