Boxing legend Muhammad Ali has been taken to hospital for treatment for pneumonia.
The 72-year-old former heavyweight champion of the world was admitted to an undisclosed hospital on Saturday, where he is in a stable condition.
Ali is expected to make a full recovery from the illness.
"Because the pneumonia was caught early, his prognosis is good with a short hospital stay expected," Ali's spokesman Bob Gunnell told reporters.
Ali, who also won Olympic gold medal in 1960, was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, three years after he retired from boxing in 1981.
