Former England cricket captain Tony Greig dies at the age of 66 after losing his battle with lung cancer.

Former England cricket captain Tony Greig has died from lung cancer at the age of 66.

Greig had initially been diagnosed with bronchitis in May before it was revealed in October that he had lung cancer.

The all-rounder captained England on 14 occasions, scoring a total of 3,599 runs and taking 141 wickets in 58 matches.

After his retirement from cricket, Greig became a commentator for Australia's Nine television network, where he worked for over 30 years.
