Tomas Rosicky: 'Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez vital to Arsenal's title charge'

Tomas Rosicky says that Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil need to stay on form as they are "vital" to Arsenal's Premier League title charge.

Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky has claimed that Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez need to be on top form if the Gunners are to win the Premier League title this season.

Sanchez has had an inconsistent spell due to a hamstring injury, but has managed to score six goals this season.

As for Ozil, the German World Cup winner has provided 16 assists in the top flight, which is the most of any other player in the league.

"Ozil was out for some time with injury last season so he couldn't find his rhythm, but now, after playing since the start of the season, everyone here can see how big a talent he is," Rosicky told the club's official website.

"Him and Alexis are the game changers. Both of them have the strength to win games, so it's vital for the team's title chances that they perform well."

Meanwhile, Rosicky will be out of action for three months after suffering a thigh injury.
