Arsene Wenger is currently unwilling to explain the timing of his decision to leave Arsenal, suggesting that he may do so at the end of the season.

Arsene Wenger has refused to elaborate on the timing of his decision to leave Arsenal.

The Gunners boss announced on Friday that he would be departing the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season following 22 years in the role.

Speaking ahead of Sunday's Premier League meeting with West Ham United, Wenger vowed to focus on the job at hand before potentially revealing his reasons at the end of the campaign.

"I will come out on [my reasons] a bit later," the Frenchman told Sky Sports News.

"At the moment, for me, it's important to focus on what matters to people of Arsenal. That means the results of the next games. But not after the game. After the season, maybe."

The Gunners currently sit sixth in the Premier League table but remain in the hunt for the Europa League.
