Arsenal have reportedly accepted an offer from Sporting Lisbon for the transfer of forward Lucas Perez.
The Spaniard, who joined the Gunners from Deportivo La Coruna in 2016, suffered from a lack of playing time in his first season, before being loaned out to his former employers last term.
Perez has reportedly been aiming to impress new boss Unai Emery ahead of the new season after arriving back in London, but according to Portuguese outlet A Bola, the manager is not considering the forward as a crucial part of his team.
The report says that Arsenal have accepted a £4.4m offer for Perez, who is currently in discussions with Sporting over his potential wage.
Gunners duo Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette are expected to be Emery's first choice pair this season.
