Arsenal are reportedly in the race to sign Torino striker Antonio Sanabria this summer, with Serie A clubs Napoli and AC Milan also interested in the Paraguayan.

Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Torino striker Antonio Sanabria as they look to bolster their attacking options ahead of next season.

The Gunners were previously linked with the 27-year-old as far back as 2013, when Arsene Wenger earmarked the then-Barcelona academy player as a possible target.

The Paraguayan has scored 12 goals and provided three assists in 31 Serie A appearances this season - a career-high tally in goal contributions for a player who has also plied his trade at Roma and Sassuolo in Italy.

According to the Daily Mail, Mikel Arteta's Arsenal have reignited their interest in Sanabria after an impressive campaign for Ivan Juric's men, with the Gunners looking to recruit a player to support Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah in forward areas.

It is believed that Torino will allow Sanabria to leave the club for a fee of £21.6m - an asking price that means Arsenal will view the ex-Real Betis man as a low-cost option.

The report adds that the North Londoners will have competition in securing the striker's services, with Serie A winners Napoli and Champions League semi-finalists AC Milan also keen on signing Sanabria this summer.

Sanabria netted against Europa Conference League finalists Fiorentina last Sunday to rescue a point for Torino in Serie A, and the Maroons will be looking for their talisman to score again on Saturday when they travel to Spezia.
