Hull City attacking midfielder Jarrod Bowen is a £12m target for cash-strapped Arsenal, according to a report.
Gunners boss Unai Emery is working with a restricted budget of around £40m this summer following his side's failure to qualify for the Champions League.
The Sun claims that Emery sees Bowen as a smart purchase, with the 22-year-old finding the back of the net 22 times in the Championship last season.
Bowen is rumoured to have been tracked by Arsenal since January and he impressed with his displays in the second half of 2018-19.
However, the report indicates that Hull value the Englishman - also a possible target for Southampton, Burnley and Bournemouth - at closer to the £15m mark.
