West Bromwich Albion have reportedly failed with a £10m offer for Arsenal defender Kieran Gibbs.
It has previously been claimed that the long-serving Gunners left-back is available for transfer this summer due to the arrival of Sead Kolasinac, but it appears that the North Londoners will not sell for a fee below their asking price.
According to Sky Sports News, they have decided to reject West Brom's eight-figure bid, despite wanting to recoup funds in order to push through with another high-profile signing.
It has been suggested that Arsenal could bring in around £50m ahead of the new season, but they are asking for the Baggies to up their offer for the England international.
During the last campaign, Gibbs made 22 appearances in all competitions, but he was limited to just eight starts in the Premier League as he acted as deputy to Nacho Monreal.
Watford have also been linked with a move for the 27-year-old, who may cost anywhere in the region of £12m to £15m.
