Chelsea have reportedly opened talks with young Arsenal attacker Khayon Edwards.
The 18-year-old is yet to sign a professional contract with the Gunners, drawing interest from other clubs as a result.
According to Goal, Chelsea have approached the striker, who sees his scholarship in north London expire in the summer.
The Blues are said to be keen to reignite their youth setup with the capture of the English prospect, while Arsenal are also vying to keep him in their ranks beyond the end of the season.
Edwards has drawn interest with his performances in the Under-18 Premier League this season, netting 16 goals and providing five assists in 16 appearances.
Such a campaign has seen the 18-year-old earn two starts for the Gunners' Under-23s side, marking his first appearance with a goal against West Ham United Under-23s.
