Juventus president Andrea Agnelli is planning to allow manager Antonio Conte £30m to fund a big summer signing.
The Old Lady currently sit second in Serie A, two points below AC Milan.
Conte, who said last week that his side would require a miracle to win the league title this season, is keen to make at least one key addition to strengthen the club's challenge ahead of next campaign.
Arsenal forward Robin van Persie and Liverpool's Luis Suarez, who recently suggested that he would be open to an Anfield exit, are top of the the 42-year-old's list, according to TalkSPORT.
Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko is also said to have been targeted by the Turin club.
