Paulo Henrique Ganso dismisses Arsenal link

Paulo Henrique Ganso says that he wants to stay at Santos.

Brazil star Paulo Henrique Ganso has dismissed interest from Arsenal and has pledged his future to Santos.

The 22-year-old has been linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium this summer, while Arsene Wenger is also believed to have sent scouts to watch the midfielder play against Team GB at the Riverside Stadium on Friday.

However, Ganso has now ended speculation by stating that his future lies in Brazil.

"My future is at Santos," said Ganso. "I have a contract until 2015, and right now I am focused on winning the gold at the Olympic Games for the Selecao."

Ganso has eight caps for Brazil's senior side.
