Gervinho is expecting a successful season at Arsenal after completing an £11m move from French club Lille.
The striker helped his former side to a league and cup double last season and believes that more silverware can be achieved with the Gunners.
"I have always followed Arsenal in the Premier League," the Ivorian told Arsenalplayer.
"At some points they were really good, but also had some difficulties like a lot of big clubs do.
"I can expect a great season from Arsenal, with a lot of success and a lot of emotion at the end."
The 24-year-old has played 27 times for the Ivory Coast, including appearances at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and 2010 World Cup.
