Real Madrid want Arsenal's Laurent Koscielny to replace Sergio Ramos?

Real Madrid are reportedly planning a £21m bid for Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny, who is considered a potential replacement for Sergio Ramos.

Real Madrid have reportedly lined up a move for Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny as Sergio Ramos's future has plunged into doubt.

Ramos is believed to have told the Spanish giants that he wants to leave the club as he feels that he is being poorly treated.

Manchester United have been linked with a £35m swoop for the Spain international, who has two years remaining on his current contract at the Bernabeu.

According to The Mirror, Madrid have already begun looking at replacements and Koscielny appears to fit the bill as the La Liga side are said to be considering a £21m bid.

However, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is determined to keep hold of the Frenchman, who signed a new long-term contract last year.
