Swansea City striker Michu is reportedly being considered as a possible addition by Arsenal as they look to bolster their forward line.
Michu enjoyed a prolific first season in the Premier League with Michael Laudrup's side, scoring 22 goals in all competitions for the Swans including three against Arsenal.
That clinical streak has alerted Arsenal's scouting team, who have held discussions over the Spanish forward with Arsene Wenger, according to the Daily Mail.
The Gunners have been linked with a whole host of attacking options in recent months, including Fiorentina marksman Stevan Jovetic and Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain.
Wenger has also hinted at interest in unsettled Manchester United forward Wayne Rooney in the last 48 hours, with Arsenal desperate to close the gap on their Premier League rivals by strengthening this summer.
