Rennes have confirmed that they have received a bid from an unnamed Premier League club for French international Yaan M'Vila.
The 22-year-old has been linked with a move to England for much of the summer, with north London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur both linked with a move for the defensive midfielder.
Rennes chairman Frederic de Saint-Sernin told Canal+: "He has a very concrete offer from England on the table."
M'Vila played 90 minutes as Rennes lost their opening game of the season to Olympique Lyon on Saturday.
