Richarlison 'tells friends he wants Tottenham move'

Richarlison reportedly tells friends that he wants to join Tottenham Hotspur in the current transfer window, with the Brazilian keen to play Champions League football.

Everton striker Richarlison has reportedly told friends that he wants to join Tottenham Hotspur.

The Brazilian scored 10 goals in 30 Premier League games last season, helping Everton stave off the threat of relegation.

Despite having two years left to run on his contract, Richarlison is said to be looking for a move away from the Toffees amid interest from Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

According to Football Insider, Richarlison has informed friends that he wishes to move to Tottenham and feature in the Champions League next season.

Spurs are keen to strengthen in the final third, but to prise Richarlison away from Everton, they may have to pay a fee in the region of £50m.

Since joining Everton in 2018, the 25-year-old has scored 53 goals in 152 appearances for the club.
