Arsenal winger Theo Walcott has revealed that he is keen to begin contract discussions with the club.
The 22-year-old's current deal expires at the end of next season and in recent weeks he has been linked with a transfer away from the Emirates Stadium.
However, the England international claims that is ready to extend his stay in North London.
"I will listen to what Arsenal have to say," said Walcott.
"Hopefully we will sit down with the club soon and talk things over."
Walcott joined Arsenal in 2006 from Championship side Southampton.
