Bolton Wanderers manager Neil Lennon has said that there is no substance to the rumours linking him with the vacant Aston Villa role.
The former Celtic manager was linked to the Premier League club after Paul Lambert was sacked on Wednesday.
According to the Daily Star, Lennon is a frontrunner alongside Tim Sherwood, who has been linked with the Queens Park Rangers job also.
"There is nothing in any of the links to other clubs," Lennon said in today's press conference.
"It's just speculation. It's flattering but there is nothing in it."
Bolton, who are currently 13th in the Championship, face Watford tomorrow afternoon.
