Fabian Delph looks set to leave Aston Villa at the end of the season after reportedly telling the club that he has no plans to sign a new deal.
The Telegraph claims that the England international has been offered a four-year contract that could earn the midfielder up to £50,000 per week.
However, his apparent refusal to put pen to paper has put Liverpool, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur on alert, with the 24-year-old set to become available on a free transfer next summer.
It is thought that the ex-Leeds United player has told manager Paul Lambert that he wants to keep his options open.
Delph is currently sidelined with a dislocated shoulder and is likely to be out until December.
