Aston Villa have reportedly drawn up plans to sign former Liverpool goalkeeper Brad Jones from Feyenoord.
The 35-year-old has spent the past two seasons in the Netherlands as the Rotterdam club's first-choice custodian, having been an understudy throughout his career.
Jones has made 69 appearances for Feyenoord during his time at De Kuip and has played Champions League football this term.
Meanwhile, Villa boss Steve Bruce is planning to bolster his goalkeeping options in the summer, with the Championship club hoping to seal promotion to the Premier League this term.
According to the Sunday People, Bruce has sent club scout Tony Coton to watch Jones in Eredivisie action.
The Australian keeper has kept nine clean sheets in 31 appearances this season for the Dutch top flight's fifth-placed side.
