The Spanish Football Federation have confirmed that Vicente del Bosque will name his Spain squad for next month's World Cup qualifiers on Friday.
The European and world champions, who are currently level on points with France at the top of Group I, close out their campaign with home matches against Belarus and Georgia in October.
It is believed that Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa could be in line for a call-up despite representing Brazil twice in friendlies earlier this year.
Four points from their two matches next month will ensure La Roja's spot in Brazil for the 2014 World Cup finals.
