Celta Vigo boss Luis Enrique has reportedly emerged as the favourite to replace Gerardo Martino at Barcelona next season.
Despite Martino leading Barcelona to the Copa del Rey final in his first season in charge, it is understood that ties will be cut at the end of the campaign.
A number of candidates have been linked with the position, but according to Mundo Deportivo, Enrique has emerged as the favourite to take charge at the Camp Nou.
It is believed that Enrique came close to taking the position at the start of the season, but his delay in making a decision forced the Spanish outfit to look elsewhere.
Enrique represented Barcelona as a player between 1996 and 2004, while he also managed their B team for three years from 2008.
