Barcelona to target Federico Bernardeschi?

Fiorentina's 21-year-old attacker Federico Bernardeschi emerges as a reported transfer target for Champions League holders Barcelona.

Barcelona are reportedly interested in bringing Fiorentina attacker Federico Bernardeschi to Camp Nou.

The 21-year-old came through the youth system at Fiorentina and spent one season on loan at Crotone before joining the first team in 2014.

Last season, the Italian scored three times in 10 appearances for the Serie A outfit, while he has already made eight league starts for La Viola this term.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are keeping a close eye on the attacker's development, but are expected to wait until next summer before making a move.

Barcelona will once again be free to sign new players from January 1 when their transfer ban officially comes to an end.
