PSV Eindhoven have reportedly placed a valuation of around €35m (£29m) on Jerdy Schouten amid suggestions that Barcelona are keen to secure his signature.
The 27-year-old arrived at PSV from Bologna in the summer of 2023, and he enjoyed a strong 2023-24 campaign for his Dutch club before representing Netherlands at Euro 2024.
Schouten has made 46 appearances for his current side, scoring five times in the process, and he has another four years left to run on his contract, having penned a five-year deal upon his arrival.
There is currently a host of speculation surrounding the Dutchman, though, with Feyenoord seemingly facing a huge task when it comes to keeping hold of him for a third season.
Barcelona are currently being heavily linked with Schouten, but according to journalist Matteo Moretto, the Catalan outfit will face firm competition from the Premier League.

Barcelona 'exploring' deal for Feyenoord midfielder Schouten
"What I know about Jerdy Schouten is that a lot of clubs are following him. He's a player that many clubs like, and it is a regular occurrence that on any given weekend, a lot of clubs go to watch him play," Moretto wrote in his column for Football Espana.
"He is one of the players that Barcelona have gone to see, and are following, and one of many players that they have on their longlist. They want to see how he is doing and how he develops.
"It's also worth noting that a number of those clubs that are following Schouten are from the Premier League."
Schouten has again been a vital player for PSV in the early stages of this season, making six appearances in all competitions, scoring once.

How much would Barcelona have to pay for Schouten?
Moretto claims that PSV want €35m (£29m) for Schouten, which is a sizeable but not impossible transfer.
Barcelona are expected to be in a much better financial position next year, and the Catalan outfit are believed to be determined to boost their midfield options due to their current problems in that area of the field.
There have been suggestions of a possible January deal, but PSV will undoubtedly be reluctant to let such a key player leave the club in the middle of the campaign.
Schouten played the full 90 minutes of his Dutch club's 2024-25 Champions League opener against Juventus last week but could not prevent the Red and Whites from suffering a 3-1 defeat.
The midfielder is now preparing to represent PSV in their next Eredivisie match of the 2024-25 campaign, which comes against Fortuna Sittard on Sunday afternoon.
