Team News: Bayern Munich ring changes for CSKA Moscow clash

Bayern Munich name a much-changed team for their Champions League game with CSKA Moscow.

Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola has named a much-changed side for the final Champions League group game against CSKA Moscow.

The 2013 European champions, who will already go through as winners of Group E, are without David Alaba, Philip Lahm, Claudio Pizarro, Thiago Alcantara and Javi Martinez through injury.

Mehdi Benatia is suspended following his red card against Manchester City, with Dante stepping into the heart of defence.

Xabi Alonso drops to the substitutes' bench, but Franck Ribery is chosen in attack for the Bavarians.

CSKA, who drew with Roma last time out, are without Swedish midfielder Rasmus Elm (stomach) and centre-back Aleksei Berezutski (muscle) for the decisive game in Munich.

The Russian club must win at the Allianz Arena and hope that Roma fail to beat Manchester City in order to reach the last 16.

Bayern Munich: Neuer, Dante, Gaudino, Boateng, Bernat, Gotze, Rode, Muller, Schweinsteiger, Hojbjerg, Ribery

CSKA Moscow: Akinfeev, Mario Fernandes, Ignashevich, Nababkin, V.Berezutski, Wernbloom, Dzagoev, Eremenko, Natcho, Musa, Doumbia
