Nunes was rated as a promising youngster when he arrived at Ewood Park in 2011, but the 21-year-old has struggled to make an impact in the North-West.
The Portuguese player has featured just eight times in over two years at the club, with just one of those appearances coming since the start of the season.
Nunes becomes the eighth player to depart Blackburn since the turn of the year.
