The Blackpool Supporters Trust's (BST) bid to buy the club from the Oyston family has been ignored.
Earlier this month, BST made a bid worth around £23m for the League One side and set a deadline of July 21 for a response.
The Oystons have not yet contacted BST about the offer and the Trust is unsurprised.
"This lack of response is disappointing but not in the least surprising," BST chairman Steve Rowland told the Blackpool Gazette.
"The current owners have made it their strategy never to deal with the supporters on equal or respectful terms.
"It appears that the only thing the company ever wanted from their customers is our money."
Club owner Owen Oyston has controlled the outfit since 1988 and his son Karl is the current chairman of the Tangerines.
