Former Italy manager Roberto Donadoni has become the new head coach at Bologna.
The 52-year-old has signed a two-year deal and replaces Delio Rossi, who was sacked on Wednesday after he guided the side to just two victories in 10 Serie A matches.
A statement on the club's website read: "Bologna announces that it has entrusted the first team to the guidance of Roberto Donadoni, who has signed a contract until June 30, 2017."
Donadoni will hold his first press conference with the club tomorrow and will take charge of his first game at the weekend against Atalanta.
The former Azzurri manager has been out of work since he left Parma in June 2014.
