Jurgen Klopp expects tough Eintracht Frankfurt test

Borussia Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp is expecting a tough match when his side come up against Frankfurt in the DFB-Pokal quarter-finals this evening.

Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp has warned his side that they will face a tough test when they come up against Eintracht Frankfurt in the DFB-Pokal quarter-finals this evening.

Dortmund appear to have returned to form in recent weeks with back-to-back wins in their last two games and will be hopeful of reaching the last four of the cup, having been eliminated in the quarter-finals of the competition last season.

The Black and Yellows will be without influential duo Marco Reus and Sven Bender after they picked up injuries during Saturday's 5-1 win over Werder Bremen, but Klopp is hopeful that his team can adapt to that as they look to take another step towards the final in Berlin.

"We're used to dealing with [injuries] now, so it's not too much of a shock for us," Klopp is quoted as saying by the official Bundesliga website.

"We're expecting to face a very strong team, who are likely to test us in every department. We knew our path to Berlin wouldn't be easy, and an away match at Eintracht Frankfurt is certainly a high hurdle, but we'll do our best to advance to the next round."

Tonight's match is the first of two meetings between Dortmund and Frankfurt in the space of four days, with the teams due to face each other again in the league on Saturday.
