Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has been nominated for April's Manager of the Month award in the Championship following his team's promotion to the Premier League.
Howe's transformation into English football's brightest young manager was completed as 14 points from six games saw the Cherries make the leap to the top flight for the first time in their history.
Watford coach Slavisa Jokanovic is also among the contenders after a six-match unbeaten run helped the Hornets return to the Premier League following a seven-season absence.
Norwich City's Alex Neil joins Howe and Jokanovic on the shortlist as 13 points from six games made sure that the Canaries would be competing in the end-of-season playoffs.
Completing the list of candidates is Birmingham City manager Gary Rowett, who steered his side into the top half of the table with four victories from seven matches.
The winner of the award is due to be announced on Friday.
