Eddie Howe: "I have no desire to go anywhere"

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe reveals that he would not be tempted to leave the club even if he received an offer from the Premier League.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has insisted that he would not leave the club even if he received an offer from a top side in the Premier League.

The 37-year-old has taken the Cherries from League Two to third place in the Championship over the course of two spells in charge 2008, which has earned him a reputation as one of the best young mangers in the game.

However, Howe has revealed that he would not be tempted to leave Dean Court as long as Bournemouth continue to make progress.

He told the Daily Mail: "I genuinely wouldn't. I'm in a good place, with freedom and control and support from the owner. I have learnt that when you are in management there should be no rush — it's easy to go wrong.

"So long as we are progressing and I can work in these conditions, I have no desire to go anywhere."

The Cherries came from behind to secure a 2-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers in their match at Molineux on Saturday.
