Bournemouth sign Le Havre's Lys Mousset

Premier League club Bournemouth complete the signing of young striker Lys Mousset from Le Havre for an undisclosed fee.

Bournemouth have completed the signing of young striker Lys Mousset from Le Havre.

The 20-year-old, who had previously been linked with Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, scored 14 goals in 29 appearances in France's second division last season.

"Lys is another player with great potential that we are delighted to bring to the football club," Bournemouth chief executive Neill Blake told the Premier League club's official website.

"We're always planning for the future and Lys is not only a young player with exciting potential, but someone who had a massive impact for their club last season."

Mousset represented France during this summer's Toulon tournament.
