How Burnley could line up against Leicester City

Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Burnley could line up for Wednesday's Premier League meeting with Leicester City.

Burnley boss Sean Dyche has been boosted by the return to fitness of striker Chris Wood for Wednesday's Premier League clash with Leicester City.

Wood played the final 17 minutes of the 4-0 loss to Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend and came through unscathed.

The New Zealand international is now in contention to start for the first time since the end of January, which is welcome news in the absence of fellow attacker Ashley Barnes.

Johann Berg Gudmundsson has also been ruled out of this showdown with Leicester, while Erik Pieters and Robbie Brady are major doubts.

Dyche will likely be tempted to make some changes on the back of the heavy loss to Tottenham, which extended Burnley's winless league run to three matches.

Dale Stephens has returned to fitness and is an option in midfield, which could see Jack Cork make way.

Burnley possible starting lineup: Pope; Lowton, Tarkowski, Mee, Taylor; Brownhill, Westwood, Stephens, McNeil; Wood, Rodriguez
