Burnley manager Sean Dyche has admitted that he is "open-minded" to strengthening his squad outside of the transfer window.
A number of experienced players remain without a club after being released earlier in the summer, and one name to have been linked with the Clarets is former West Bromwich Albion midfielder Stephane Sessegnon.
While Dyche has suggested that he holds an interest in the player, he has hinted that he is looking at a number of potential signings.
The 45-year-old told reporters: "We're on the lookout for if anything comes our way. We've got to be open minded to any situation.
"If it's something we think can affect us of course we're open minded, whether it's [Sessegnon] or anyone else."
Dyche made half-a-dozen new signings during the transfer window.
