Leicester City are reportedly interested in signing striker Andy Delort from Ligue 1 club Caen.
The 24-year-old joined the Normandy outfit after one season at Wigan Athletic, but has netted six goals this season during Caen's rise into possible contenders for a Champions League place.
According to Foot 365, the Foxes sent a scout to see the forward play against Bordeaux last weekend.
City are thought to be very keen on a deal for Delort, but they could face competition from Aston Villa and Queens Park Rangers, who are also believed to have had representatives at the game.
Caen have dismissed suggestions that they want to sell their star, but it is said that a bidding war could start in the New Year.
