Cardiff City are close to securing the signature of Sunderland striker Frazier Campbell, according to reports.
The 25-year-old has only scored one goal in 15 appearances for Sunderland this season, many of which have come from the substitutes' bench.
The Bluebirds are looking to strengthen their squad as they target promotion to the Premier League and they have agreed a price with Sunderland in the region of £500,000, according to BBC Wales.
Sunderland are thought to be ready to allow Campbell to leave after they made a bid for Swansea City striker Danny Graham on Thursday.
