Cardiff City are reportedly interested in signing Watford captain Troy Deeney.
Deeney, who has been with the Hornets since 2010, has scored 28 Premier League goals over the last three seasons.
Wales Online suggest that a fee of £15m would be enough to sign the 30-year-old, while BBC Sport claim that Cardiff manager Neil Warnock sees Deeney as someone who can add depth up front to his newly-promoted side.
Since gaining promotion back to the Premier League, Cardiff have spent an estimated £28m on four new players, including a reported £11m on winger Josh Murphy from Norwich City.
Warnock is also working on a deal to bring Liverpool's Marko Grujic back to the Welsh capital on loan.
